Private Throwing Taster Session - Additional Person

This two hour session introducing you to techniques on the potters wheel is perfect for those who want to try their hand at throwing before committing to a longer class or just simply want to try a fun new activity. It also makes a great alternative gift!

I will show you how to centre the clay on the wheel, pull up the walls and shape it into your very own piece of pottery. You will be able to create at least 1 piece (max 3) during the 2 hour lesson which will be refined, glazed in a transparent glaze and fired, ready to collect in around 3 weeks time.

Please bare in mind, ceramics is a messy job! I will provide towels although do feel free to bring your own. I recommend wearing clothes you are not too precious about, bring an apron if you have one and trim nails short if possible.

The cost of the class is £95 and £55 per additional person. Cost includes all materials and firings.
